He has 20+ years of IT industry experience, including 10 years in TCS and Cognizant. He specializes in projects /program And service management, He has multitudinous successful cross-geo and cross-organization projects to his credit. He has in-depth expertise in both Agile and traditional waterfall methodologies.

He always motivates and encourages the team. He has built and groomed teams at scale. He is a process-oriented person who has been instrumental in developing and setting up the standards and processes. He has promoted Service Management significance through awareness programs and ITIL training sessions at Organization level to enable people to go for certifications. He acts as a liaison officer between different teams/groups to Build partnerships and develop solutions.
