Our End-to-End D&A and AI Framework

Data Analysis
The first step in our approach to implementing D&A and AI services is to do a data audit. We look at what kind of data client already has, where it is stored and how it is being used to serve the organisational goals and purposes. It is a systematic exploration of the data source and journey in the organisation.
We conduct interviews to understand where the data has come from, is it reliable, will it support the information the end users are trying to get? It is also important to figure out land mines in the data, for example, whether checks were put on the email field to indicate if it’s personal or business email OR while recording user visits, are we recording the first visit of the person or last or both. It makes a whole lot difference to the insights presented.
Business Statement
The business statement should not sit on the shelf, it should be reviewed frequently, revised as need and republished.
A business statement defines the mission and vision of the organisation. As D&A and AI experts, we work along with you to help achieve your short terms as well as long term goals with the help of the data. Hence it becomes crucial for us to understand the bigger picture and hand hold you throughout the implementation process and beyond.

The general theme of asking business related questions is about the expected change. Where the organisation stands currently, what is it’s mission and vision statement and what work be required to reach the expected end result.

What are various sources of data? What formats do you want the reports in?
Where is this information located? Where will you use this information?
When should the data be refreshed?
Why do you need this information? How does this information tie to your business objectives?
